Big Changes Coming to Glen Ellyn Public Library Youth Department

There are some exciting changes happening at the Glen Ellyn Public Library! The Youth Department is currently undergoing a major renovation which will include a new early reader nook, interactive children's play area, walk-up LEGO wall, custom puppet theater and more. They also didn't forget about the middle schoolers! A new space dedicated to middle schoolers will be created towards the front of the department. The room will include a study area, large chalk board surface to encourage creativity and self-express and so much more! In addition to these new spaces, the Youth Program Room will be enlarged to help accommodate the growing number of people at youth programs. There is so many great changes that are going to bring this department into the twenty-first century!Thank you to Youth Department Director, Renee Grassi, for providing our club a special preview of what is to come!
